Hiya,
Happy New Year to you!
I used to think that scientists and academics knew almost everything about, well, everything. I assumed that scientists like Albert Einstein, Galileo, and even James Watson and Francis Crick (who discovered DNA) had made all the discoveries worth making, while scientists today mostly fill in the details of such findings.
Oh, how wrong I was.
In truth, we’re living during a unique period of history. A time of monumental technological and, therefore, scientific advancements – many of which are going unnoticed or are drowned out by the chaos and transitionary events of our time.
But the discoveries being made today deserve our attention, so around three years ago, I started Curious Adventure to learn more about and share them.
However, considering the level of dis- and misinformation circulating these days, trustworthy information is priceless. That’s why I thoroughly research every topic I share with you and use reputable and trustworthy sources, such as research papers, university press releases, and scientific establishments.
It takes several hours to days for me to complete one article, as I do all of the research, writing, and (many rounds of) editing long before they reach your inbox. Still, despite the time-consuming process, I love it and hope Curious Adventure will continue for many more years, which brings me to the point of this letter.
In the years I’ve run Curious Adventure, I’ve made zero subscription changes. However, 2025 demands I restructure a smidge to keep the newsletter alive. So, with that in mind, please be advised of some changes that will take effect next week, on January 20, 2025.

Your work would be bargain at 3x the price.
I have learned so much from your articles, and I appreciate all the time and effort you put into writing them. You can count me and my husband in as long-term subscribers. I hope others choose to do the same.
